3. What is the sample policy and cost?

The sample fee is USD 42.00 per piece, which can be fully refunded when a bulk order is placed. The sample production normally takes 15 workdays or earlier.

4. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ for T-shirts is 70pcs/color/design. For Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Jogger pants, Tank Tops, POLO shirts, and Soccer jerseys, it is 90pcs/color/design. For jackets and base jerseys, the MOQ is 120pcs/color/design. Mixed sizes are accepted.

5. Do you offer design assistance prior to sampling?

Yes. Before creating the physical sample, we will offer a free design draft once you provide your logo or design images in CDR or AI format.

6. What are the delivery times and payment terms?

Delivery time is within 15 workdays for samples and approximately 25 workdays for bulk orders after deposit. Payment terms generally require a 50% deposit and the balance paid before shipment via T/T, L/C, or PayPal.
