Q2: What’s your minimum order quantity?

A: Our MOQ is 2pcs per design, mixed order is available.

Q3: Can I put my design logo on the items?

A: Sure. We offer customized service, we can custom your own style items & print your own logo on the items. Please advise your logo in advance.

Q4: Can I get a sample before bulk order & what’s your sample policy?

A: Yes, we are happy to make samples for your testing before you place a large order. For this first cooperation, we will charge $10 USD for each sample. However, this sample fee is just a symbol and will be fully refunded once your bulk order is confirmed.

Q5: What’s the production lead time?

A: It is about 3-4 business days after payment.

Q6: What’s your payment terms?

A: We accept payment via PayPal, T/T Trade Assurance, and Western Union for bulk orders.
